At Katharina Stuart Floral Art and Design we create floral decor for parties and celebrations of all kind.
Our arrangements create a landscape and tell your story. Be it a wedding, corporate event or birthday celebration, we have the experience and style to bring simple elegance and sophistication to your event.
All of our arrangements are custom designed and tailored to our client’s specific needs.
We pride ourselves on using what nature provides seasonally and locally. We service the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including Napa, Sonoma, and Carmel. We are available for destination weddings nationally and internationally.
ABOUT
Katharina began exploring the beauties of the natural world in spectacular Switzerland, at an early age. Her desire to bring the awe-inspiring beauty of the outdoors into the home, ignited her passion for floral design. Katharina is a third generation avid gardener and nature lover whose decision to become a professional floral designer has led to an enjoyable 30 years of experience in the floral industry.
A lively passion for natural materials and a creative flair enables her to put together the most captivating combinations that create a perfect union. Katharina’s unique and unexpected color fusions intrigue all. She has an artistic eye that is continually scanning for new elements for further inspiration.
Katharina Stuart has commanded the respect of the floral and event industry. She took first place at the California State Floral Association’s Top Ten Design Competition in 2005, was the runner up at the SAF Sylvia Cup 2007, won the San Francisco Cup in 2015 and was the winner at the FTD Americas Cup in Philadelphia in 2018. Katharina then proudly represented the United States in the FTD World Cup 2019 in Philadelphia.

Katharina was so nice and wonderful to work with on our wedding flowers. She was recommended to me by my cousin and she did an amazing job on their wedding flowers as well. I initially spoke with her on the phone and described my vision/theme and she not only stuck to meeting my budget, but when she sent me example photos she completely nailed my vision. Katharina was dream to work with in the entire process.

It was so easy to work with Katharina. I didn't have a planner or coordinator, and she was very responsive to emails and phone calls. We had a last-minute add for the flower girl head piece, which turned out to be fabulous, that Katharina was happy to accommodate. Additionally her team is beyond helpful the day of. They even assisted in pinning boutonnieres on some of the gentleman at the church. I highly recommend her in a heartbeat!

Katharina did the flowers for my wedding and she did an AMAZING job. She is super nice and made me feel completely confident that the flowers would look perfect. I had no idea what I wanted, so I told her very vaguely a color scheme and a style. When I arrived on my wedding day the flowers were better than I could ever have imagined. She took the very little information I gave her and somehow was able to get them exactly how I wanted. If you want a beautiful flowers that are unique and interesting, definitely pick Katharina!!! She will blow you away with her amazing work!
